Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well. I have a few quick project updates for you all.

First, some kind of bad news. The factory messed up the molds for all of the pins and they are remaking them now. Don't worry, everyone will still be getting their pins, albeit with a slight delay. I will of course keep you all updated with how things are progressing on that front. It's not out of the realm of possibility that I will be able to send out rewards before the end of June, but I am not going to promise anything I am not 100% confident I can deliver on.

The good news is I have everything I need to start QA and packaging all of the pins. I got my backing cards in as well as some glassine bags to put them in to protect the pins during transportation. Here are some photos using an older version of the lizard wizard pin.

Backerkit surveys have been sent out and the majority of you have already completed your surveys. If you still need to do yours or you can't find your survey e-mail follow this link:

I will be locking orders in the next 48 hours. If you want to swap designs now is the time. Your will still be able to change your shipping address so no worries on that front. I also will not be charging cards for shipping or add-ons until I am closer to shipping out rewards to everyone.

I have submitted the pin designs to the manufacturer and I am hoping that production on the set will begin soon. I will of course share any sample photos I get from the manufacturer with you all.

Wow, with only a few days left the campaign hit every stretch goal I set. Y'all are too powerful! With the crowd funding campaign complete the real work of fulfilling this project begins. Here is the timeline I have set for myself. 

Timeline

• April 30th 2021: Backerkit surveys sent out.
• May 6th 2021: Pins ordered from manufacturer.
• Mid to Late June 2021: Pins arrive at my home office. QA and packaging begins.
• July 2021: Fulfillment begins. (I normally start with international fulfillment first as they take the longest to reach people)

I will of course keep you all updated as things develop.

Update to stretch goals (it's good news)

First, I just now realized that the numbers I was going off for my stretch goals was slightly off. Usually with my kickstarters I have to account for shipping costs with my stretch goals. But I'm not collecting shipping with pledges. I've revisited the numbers and here are the following changes I have made:

I have a few updates to the campaign that I think you will all be excited for.

First, I just now realized that the numbers I was going off for my stretch goals was slightly off. Usually with my kickstarters I have to account for shipping costs with my stretch goals. But I'm not collecting shipping with pledges. I've revisted the numbers and here are the following changes I have made:

• Monk of the Unarmed Strike now unlocks at $3500
• Salamancer now unlocks at $3750
• Glow in the dark Warloxlotl and Salamancer unlocks at $4250

As of writing the Monk of the Unarmed Strike and Salamancer has been unlocked. All that remains is the glow in the dark for the Warloxlotl and Salamancer. Now for my second update.

To help incentivize people towards a larger pledge I have added five more Gygax tiers (one of everything). It also puts the Gygax tier at a nice round 20 slots.

Funded in 90 minutes, I am simply astounded! Thank you all for the wonderful reception to this pin line. We still have plenty of stretch goals and plenty of time to get to them. I'm really excited to see how far this campaign will go.

I've had a few people ask me if there will be add ons for the campaign. The answer is yes. Add ons will be available with the backerkit survey that will go out at the end of the campaign.
